Sous Vide Cooked Duck – Slowly cooked sous vide duck breast coated with a nice mushroom glaze. Served with roasted potatoes and a wonderful dish of creme green beans
Sous Vide Cooked Chicken – Our sous vide cooked chicken has been the heart of our business since we opened. We combine a secret blend of herbs and spices with our locally-sourced chicken breast. We top the chicken with Vermont bacon, cooked sous vide, and a nice, rich parmesean sauce. You’ll love this signature dish.
Sous Vide Cooked Prime Rib – Our sous vide cooked prime rib has made the list of New York’s best prime ribs for the last 15 years. We pride ourselves on cooking the juiciest, most tender prime rib in all of Manhattan! We cook our prime rib for 50 minutes in out sous vide machines to give it the perfect texture and taste that you will love. This prime rib is always made medium rare and served with our world famous roasted potatoes and green beans
Sous Vide Cooked Salmon – Of course we have fish! We’re an Italian restorante! We slow sous vide cook our salmon for 5 hours before we serve it to our wonderful guests. By sous vide cooking the salmon for as long as we do, it comes out perfect each and every time. We combine the wonderful salmon with a nice mashed potato and prosciutto
Sous Vide Creme Bruelee – Our sous vide creme brulee is one of my favorite dishes. Combining the old school French sous vide cooking technique with a modern chocolates creme brulee ingredients will give you a mouth-water taste that you’ll want to experience each and every time you’re here.
As you can see, our menu has not changed much over the years. We still create beautiful, authentic Italian dishes with our wonderful sous vide machines.
